Requirements

Must-Have Technical Stack:

  • 6+ Years of Experience: Hands-on with Natural programming and ADABAS databases.
  • Development Environment: Strong proficiency using NaturalONE / Eclipse.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement systems knowledge is a huge plus).
  • Application Support: Experience with production support and troubleshooting live application issues.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Mentorship: Comfortable providing training, technical guidance, and support to internal staff members.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with both technical team members and business stakeholders.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Familiarity with JCL (Job Control Language), batch, and online processing.
  • Experience with version control, technical documentation, and integrating legacy systems with modern platforms.
