• Diagnosing and troubleshooting intricate CLM products (Agiloft / Icertis / Sirion / Docusign) problems.

• Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platforms Ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

• Manage changes to the CLM platform effectively, following established change management processes.

• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within CLM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ Docusign) data structures and processes.

• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/Docusign) platform issues, and best practices.

• • Buyer/Support/Manager updates * Agreement Expiry date Updates. * Notification Updates * Create or Amend Help Text * Removing the user from team in Notification * Workflow Update * Create/Update Workflow approvals. * Create/Update Rules
