Tech Support

• Act as initial contact for all internal technical support required for computer workstation hardware and software, telephone, network, operating system, printing, and internet access problems
• Escalate the issue and communicate with vendors for solution when necessary
• Perform installs, upgrade, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, and other peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors to update, maintain, and repair hardware, phone operating system, and network to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and order necessary equipment and components to ensure smooth Company operations
• Maintain records, logs and reports of assistance
• Manage IT asset inventory and asset tags
• Manage and maintain Company software applications including user credentials, master files, backup files, and logs
• Attend Company events and functions outside of normal working hours
• Other duties as required from manager
• Obligation to answer to all management as requested

Do you have experience in Typing?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Ability to sit for a majority of the working day

• Ability to type on the computer for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
• Working Conditions
• Noise Level: Normal to Loud while indoors

Other Requirements

• Intermediate level English - Read/write/speak/listen
• Basic level Japanese preferred - Read/write/speak/listen
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload
• Associate’s Degree or above required. Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or other related field preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience as IT Technician or other relevant experience preferred

• Type a minimum of 40 WPM
