Database Engineer (Oracle DBA

• Provide end-to-end Oracle DBA support including provisioning, backup/recovery, replication, and deployment
• Install, configure, monitor, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning
• Support database deployments in both production and non-production environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for database operations and reporting
• Maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Support data replication and sharding strategies
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams across Linux/Unix environments
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support

• 10+ years of database administration experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle database administration in enterprise environments
• Experience migrating Oracle databases from on-prem environments to AWS cloud
• Solid background in automation and scripting
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and replication strategies
• Understanding of database security controls and best practices
• Nice to have: AWS RDS, Shell/Python/Ansible, VMware, monitoring tools, certifications

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $59.49 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
