Job description

  • Develop and execute reliability testing strategies for new and existing products
  • Design and perform accelerated life testing and environmental testing programs
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations
  • Lead FMEA activities and drive reliability best practices throughout product development
  • Analyze product performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with R&D, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to improve product durability and performance
  • Establish reliability requirements and validate products against those requirements
  • Support testing, certification, and compliance activities as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Product quality failure?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering?, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • 5+ years of reliability engineering experience
  • Experience with reliability testing, product validation, or life-cycle testing
  • Strong understanding of FMEA, root cause analysis, and failure investigation methodologies
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or product development environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
  • Experience with accelerated life testing methodologies
  • Experience with electromechanical or sensor-based products
  • Manufacturing industry experience
