Job description
- Perform application support and configuration/build for Epic Inpatient Orders and Bugsy modules.
- Manage day-to-day support operations within a healthcare IT environment.
- Coordinate tasks, issues, and delivery with offshore team members.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders regarding application status, updates, and issues.
- Coordinate enhancement delivery, system testing, and documentation management.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance, security, and data governance requirements in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
Requirements
- Epic application support/build experience (including Inpatient Orders and Bugsy) 4+ years
- Current Epic Clinical certification(s) in relevant inpatient clinical applications 4+ years (Must maintain certifications)
- Experience managing day-to-day support operations, client stakeholder communication, and offshore team coordination in a healthcare IT environment 4+ years
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
- Healthcare/hospital workflow experience, especially inpatient clinical operations
- Enhancement delivery, testing coordination, and documentation management
- Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments with strong awareness of security and data governance
- Application managed services or technology consulting experience (Level 9 equivalent), The ideal candidate is a certified Epic Clinical Expert with a strong technical background in Inpatient Orders and Bugsy who possesses deep healthcare industry context. They should be a clear, proactive communicator capable of bridging the gap between clinical stakeholders and offshore development teams. A reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance and system stability in patient care environments is a perfect fit.
