From projects to products: aligning teams for real impact Many companies struggle to move from project-based work to true product thinking—often because teams work in silos, slowing down collaboration and delivery. At an automotive software company, I helped drive organisational change by scaling agile ways of working, improving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning teams across HR, tech, and business functions. In this session, I’ll share practical strategies for transforming how teams work together, ensuring business impact, and embedding a product mindset that drives long-term success.
