When To Fly In, When To Fly Home.
Travel window for 28–30 September 2027. Event dates are confirmed; programme details and timings will be announced. Two arrival options work, depending on whether you want the warm-up day.
Land in San José by Monday evening, 27 September 2027 if you want Day 0 — the warm-up day on Tuesday 28 September 2027; activities are TBC. If you're skipping the warm-up day, Tuesday evening, 28 September 2027 is the recommended arrival for the main programme, starting Wednesday 29 September 2027.
Consider returning no earlier than late Thursday evening, 30 September 2027, or, more comfortably, Friday morning, 1 October 2027. Event dates are confirmed; the daily programme, session times and party arrangements will be announced. Check those details before booking non-refundable travel.

By Air
Flying Into The Bay Area.
Mineta San José International (SJC) is the closest airport to the convention center, with direct domestic service and a growing list of international routes. San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) sit further north in the Bay Area and are often the better bet for international itineraries; Caltrain, BART + Caltrain, or rideshare get you down to San José from either one.
By Rail
Take The Train Into Diridon.
San José Diridon Station is the regional rail hub — Caltrain runs up and down the Peninsula to San Francisco, Amtrak's Capitol Corridor connects Sacramento and the East Bay, and Coast Starlight stops here on its Seattle–LA run. From Diridon, a short VTA light rail ride or a walk gets you to the McEnery Convention Center.
Around Downtown
Getting To The Convention Center.
VTA light rail's Convention Center station drops you at the McEnery doors. Most downtown hotels are a short walk; the rest are a quick light rail or rideshare hop. From SJC, VTA bus 60 connects the airport to the Metro/Airport light rail station, or a rideshare runs you straight to the venue.
By Road
Driving In.
Downtown San José sits at the meeting point of US-101, I-280, and I-880, with direct connections from San Francisco, Oakland, and the rest of the South Bay. If you're driving, set your route for the McEnery Convention Center and check parking options with your hotel.
