Aaron Bawcom is the Field CTO for Agentic AI at Invisible Technologies, where he helps F500 and government organizations harness agentic AI to transform how they work, operate, and scale. With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of innovation, automation, and advanced computing, Aaron partners with business leaders to design and deploy AI-driven systems that think, act, and learn autonomously—reshaping workflows and unlocking new levels of efficiency. Before joining Invisible, Aaron was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and QuantumBlack, leading mission-critical transformations in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, and defense. A former CTO and Chief Architect at Candid Partners, he has authored multiple patents and publications on AI and advanced computing technologies. Aaron’s mission is to help organizations embrace the transformative potential of agentic AI, creating scalable, human-centric solutions that enable a more adaptive and intelligent future of work.
