I’m Amjad Shaikh - a technology and innovation leader who helps enterprises evolve into truly AI-Native organizations. Over the past several years at ServiceNow, I’ve led our transformation from traditional digital workflows to agentic, self-learning systems — architecting the foundation for AI employees, decision observability, and knowledge-driven automation. My focus has always been at the intersection of technology architecture, organizational design, and human potential — building systems where humans and AI agents co-create outcomes. I’ve driven multiple enterprise-scale implementations, from AgentX (AI Agents that creates AI Agents) and AI Decision Observability to Knowledge and Workflow Data Fabric integration with Snowflake — directly improving self-service rates, decision transparency, and productivity across tens of thousands of employees. I define success not by how many models we deploy, but by how many high-quality decisions the enterprise can make each day. That’s the true metric of AI maturity. My next chapter is about scaling this philosophy beyond one organization — shaping how Fortune-500 enterprises design their AI Leadership Stack: Governance, Decision, and Execution layers working in harmony.
