Andrew Carlson is a Principal in PwC's Cloud, Engineering, Data & Analytics (CEDA) practice, where he focuses on Data, Engineering and Analytics. With over 25 years of experience spanning GenAI, AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven product development, Andrew brings a rare combination of technical depth and business acumen. At PwC, Andrew has been at the forefront of transforming how enterprises build software — integrating GenAI and agentic approaches that accelerate end-to-end software development and elevate LLM performance. Previously he served as Director of Product Management for PwC Digital, leading 1,200+ professionals across more than 60 build teams through a GenAI-powered modernization of the software development lifecycle from ideation through DevSecOps. Earlier in his career Andrew held roles in consulting, finance, and analytics at Arthur Andersen, Diamond Technology Partners, and Credit Suisse, and has delivered impact across the US, Asia, and Europe for startups, turnarounds, and large multinationals alike.
