Anurag Malik

Anurag Malik is a Staff Software Engineer at Intuit, where he leads the data infrastructure powering QuickBooks Capital — a lending platform that has originated over $4 billion in small business loans. He specializes in real-time distributed data systems, ML-driven credit decisioning, and large-scale Apache Spark and Databricks pipelines in production FinTech environments. His work includes reducing ML scoring latency from 24 hours to under 10 minutes, migrating 400+ legacy pipelines to optimized PySpark, and architecting Intuit's privacy-safe lending data collaboration platform using Databricks Clean Rooms — a first-of-its-kind implementation in financial services that he presented at the Databricks Data + AI Summit 2025.
