Devanshi Vyas

Devanshi is the co-founder and CTO of Headroom Labs, where she’s building tools to make AI coding agents more efficient and affordable. AI agents spend an increasing share of their context budget rereading verbose tool outputs, logs, files, and conversation history. Headroom, a popular Github repository(72K+ GitHub stars), compresses context locally while preserving the information agents need to solve problems. A second-time founder, Devanshi has spent her career building the infrastructure behind large-scale AI systems. At Netflix, she helped build the embedding feature store powering ML training and inference across the company. At Amazon Music, she developed recommendation and search models serving a catalog of more than 100 million tracks, including Alexa use cases. She previously co-founded an ML observability startup focused on model drift, data quality, and fairness, and began her career building cloud infrastructure at AWS EC2.
