Erran Berger

Erran Berger is the Vice President of Product Engineering at LinkedIn, responsible for building, scaling and protecting LinkedIn’s platform that serves the world’s largest network of over 1 billion professionals. In his role, Erran sits on the executive leadership team at LinkedIn and leads a global team of engineers who build and maintain LinkedIn’s product portfolio - spanning consumer, Premium, trust, enterprise recruiter, learning, digital advertising and sales products. Since joining LinkedIn in 2009, Erran has held a variety of engineering leadership positions, building the experiences and platforms that power LinkedIn’s applications and playing a pivotal role in the global growth of the business. Erran is a leader that is able to define the business strategy for LinkedIn’s product technology priorities, as well as simultaneously dive into the details to problem solve and move with agility in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. He also currently sits on the board of JVS and holds a BS in Computer Engineering from The University of California, San Diego.
