Jared Jordan is a distinguished business and technology executive renowned for building products and platforms that have reached more than a billion users and generated billions of dollars in growth. As Managing Vice President of the Capital One Garage, the innovation arm of Capital One Financial Services, he leads a team of 200 engineers, product managers, and designers focused on next-generation solutions in AI, developer platforms, and new product innovation across auto lending, refinancing, and servicing. Across his career, Jared has consistently delivered measurable results. At Google, he led the launch of YouTube's Primetime channels and Live sports, including NFL Sunday Ticket, a move that drove 50 million new subscriptions and generated over $100 million in new annual revenue. At Gmail, he guided the release of AI-powered features like "Help Me Write." Before Google, he engineered the platform strategy for account-sharing enforcement at Netflix, which unlocked tens of millions of new global subscriptions. His leadership philosophy is grounded in three core principles: growth, efficiency, and people. Currently, Jared is pursuing an Executive MBA at Cornell University to further expand his business expertise and prepare for his next chapter as a general manager, exceptionally well-positioned to lead businesses that grow at scale. Raised in Seattle and now based in Dallas, Jared is a first-generation engineer in his family. He and his wife Heather, his college sweetheart of 19 years, are raising three children and 2 Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs.
