Li Fan

Li Fan is Chief AI Officer at Circle, where she leads the company's AI strategy and enterprise-wide transformation. She partners across every function to embed AI into products, operations, and decision-making, redesigning workflows and organizational capabilities to drive measurable business impact. Having previously served as Circle's Chief Technology Officer, she now focuses on helping the company realize AI as a core operating model while advancing Circle's mission of fostering global economic prosperity through the seamless exchange of financial value. Before her tenure at Circle, Li held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Lime, SVP of Engineering at Pinterest, Senior Director of Engineering at Google, and VP of Engineering at Baidu, China. Li holds a bachelor's degree from Fudan University in Shanghai and a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
