Madeline Lawrence

Madeline Lawrence is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Aikido Security, where she leads the company's growth strategy across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships. Under her leadership, Aikido has become one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity startups in the world, reporting five-times revenue growth and nearly three-times customer growth in 2025. Prior to joining Aikido, she served as Partner at Peak, a $150M venture capital fund, and on the Advisory Board of TNW (The Next Web), the Financial Times' European tech media company. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Amsterdam, where she co-founded ASIF Ventures, a student-led fund that has introduced over 700 aspiring professionals to the traditionally inaccessible world of finance and venture capital.
