Matt Wyman

Matt Wyman is the CEO and co-founder of Okareo, the platform for testing, evaluating, and monitoring Voice AI agents — using synthetic user simulation to find the edges of agent behavior before customers do. A career-long builder of developer and testing tools, Matt was previously Chief Product Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Sauce Labs, the leader in continuous web and mobile app testing, and VP of Product at CircleCI, where he helped define modern CI/CD practices. His earlier roles include product leadership at Xtime and CoreLogic, and he founded two startups, RealiD and ConnectingVoices. That blend of shipping developer platforms and obsessing over quality at scale led him to co-found Okareo in 2023, tackling the hardest reliability problem in AI today: real-time voice agents facing real human behavior. Matt holds degrees in Computer Science and Cultural Anthropology from UC Berkeley — a pairing that turns out to be exactly right for teaching machines to talk to people.
