Vivek Pandit is a Frontier AI Lead at Turing, building RL environments and post training capabilities for AI systems. He was previously a Principal Engineer at Cadence, building agentic AI platforms to accelerate semiconductor design workflows. He was the Founding ML Engineer at Chipstack (acquired by Cadence) where he led evaluation strategies and product development for AI driven chip design verification used by leading chip design companies. He was an Applied Scientist at Microsoft for 4+ years, building evaluations of large scale LLM powered systems like Copilot and reinforcement learning systems for manufacturing applications. His expertise includes agentic AI, LLM evaluation, reinforcement learning, and benchmarking production AI systems.
