Job description
- Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems with requirements from the industrial and automotive sectors
- Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments
- Independent technical management of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
- Organization and implementation of reviews and approval of new software releases
- Technical management and further development of software team members

Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
- Several years of experience in the field of firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
- Experience in the implementation of safety-critical software in the industrial and/or automotive environment (ISO26262, IEC61508)
- Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a strongly solution-oriented approach
- Strong team and communication skills
- Independent, systematic, and self-reliant way of working
