Job description
Our Client develops and manages systems for more than 20 state lotteries in Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania.
Tasks & Responsibilities:

Act as a role model on agile principles and values, and as change agent that supports broader organizational transformation.

Help with the agile team composition to ensure scalability for additional projects.

Work within multiple teams on agile practice, cross-functionality, knowledge sharing, and self-organization.

Foster courage of Scrum team members that they can work on and solve tough problems.

Facilitate constructive resolution of conflicts across teams/departments and prevent them by fostering a culture of open communication and psychological safety.

Make sure the teams have accurate data in Jira that provide evidence
-
Put transparent metrics in place that help agile teams and management to drive changes that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the development organization.

Collaborate with leadership to address risks, organizational blockers and dependencies.

Promote continuous improvement practices and techniques across the organization.

Apply preventive actions from lessons learned strategically across teams and projects to avoid recurring challenges.

Mentor Scrum Masters by promoting the consistent use of effective practices and techniques.

Develop a culture of empirical growth.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Agile Coach and/or Senior Scrum Master guiding multiple teams.

Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, and scaling approaches.

Demonstrated change leadership: influence across departments and remove organizational impediments with senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across tech and business leadership.

Expert facilitation skills for retrospectives, workshops, and cross-team knowledge-sharing.

Data-driven improvement mindset, defining and maintaining team health/flow metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, aging, WIP, team sentiment).

Continuous improvement track record with measurable gains in team efficiency and value delivery.

Conflict mediation and coaching skills, fostering psychological safety, respectful debate, and consensus-building.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, CSM, ICP-ACC/ATF, CAL, A-CSM) or equivalent coaching credentials.

Hands-on with collaboration/ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, draw.io, Slack, Whiteboard) and building metric dashboards.

Experience in org-wide agile transformations and change management (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR) is a plus.

We are legally obliged to provide a reference to the minimum salary of € 3,843.- gross per month for 38,5 hours / week, according to the current IT CBA. However, we would like to emphasize that there is a strong willingness to make adjustments to the remuneration based on your professional experience and qualifications.
