  • Identification, analysis and independent solution of technical problems
  • Close cooperation with Consulting and Development to ensure our product quality

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (HTL, technical college or apprenticeship)
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and IT architectures
  • Familiar with ticket systems, ideally Jira
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2)
  • High service orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
