We're looking for a curious, motivated Helpdesk Engineer who enjoys digging into problems, learning on the go, and helping users succeed.

Helpdesk - What You'll Do

  • Be the trusted first contact for users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related systems.
  • Manage tickets end-to-end, keeping users informed and satisfied.
  • Escalate complex incidents when needed, but never lose ownership.
  • Share knowledge by creating user-friendly documentation and quick guides.
  • Spot opportunities to improve how we work and suggest better solutions.

Requirements

  • IT degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is an asset).
  • Solid experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a real service-oriented mindset.
  • Curious, eager to grow, and motivated by solving problems.
  • Team spirit combined with a proactive, can-do attitude.
