Job description
- Lead ERP onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Deliver end-user training and adapt ERP functionalities based on client feedback and operational needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's), with a strong interest in IT
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP implementation and client onboarding.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions.
- Strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end client support
- Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal ease, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
