Job description

As a leader in the SuccessFactors implementation market, we have a growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice including both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professionals and we are looking for experienced individuals to join our thriving team. We operate across different industry sectors bringing HCM expertise to our client engagements, working closely with our strategy, industry and technology colleagues to deliver HR transformational programs.

To grow our team, we are looking for individuals with proven SAP SuccessFactors as well as SAP HCM experience who have an interest in supporting our global clients getting the best out of their existing SuccessFactors or SAP HCM solutions as well as assisting them in their day-to-day operations.

Your Job

You will be the primary point of contact for system maintenance and working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders from our clients as well as our support teams to help ensure smooth day to day operations., * Lead the day-to-day maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, etc.).

  • Manage system configurations and issue resolution in coordination with global HR and IT teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement.

Application Maintenance

  • Clients are at the heart of our story. You will help them by overseeing the end-to-end maintenance, configuration & optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules in close collaboration with Accenture & Client IT and HR teams.
  • You will collaborate / coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage releases, resolve issues and implement enhancements that support their evolving business needs

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Interpersonal Skills And Mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic environment with a matrix structure.
  • Open to travel as part of your project assignment.

Education And Experience

  • +2 years of relevant experience
  • Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules;
  • Experience in integrating SAP HR solutions
  • Experience in a Global Delivery Model.
  • Ideally a Master's degree level or equivalent;
  • Fluency in English and in Dutch and/or French (must)
