Job description
The focus of this role is on the following core areas:
Business Process Owner and Organizational Readiness - 30% of your time:
- Maintenance of GOP's and the IPE Resource Center
- Manage CyberGrants and the CyberGrants resource in the Hub
- Act as the primary liaison and point of contact for Control, Audit and Monitoring Teams, and support functions and countries who are being audited or found to need remediation plans
- Implementation and analysis of the annual Transparency Report
- Upgrade structures and processes (as needed) with a focus on simplification
- Train functions and countries on process (as needed)
Developing a network of IPE leadership - 30% of your time:
- Lead the IPE-Champions cohort
- Business partner for M&S organization
- Internal speaker support for global functions
Measuring our Results - 30% of your time:
- Develop monitoring tools to measure our global engagement and integration, specifically focused on a patient insights LLM and stakeholder management tool
- Lead the Sanofi Patient Promise Report and associated Metrics

Requirements
- Previous experience in Public Affairs and patient engagement at country level, with oversight for a TA preferred
- University degree is required in a relevant field of expertise (Public Affairs, Program Management, Economics, Life Sciences, Politics etc.)
- Experience and comfort with public speaking
Functional/technical competencies:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Analytics and synthesis skills
- Good writing skills and ability to concisely convey key messages
- Fluent in English plus any other European language
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
Behavioral competencies:
- Ability to work and cooperate transversally
- Excellent relationship building skills and teamwork
- Self-starter, autonomous, appetite for stretched working environment
- Available to travel
- Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment

The Global Lead, IPE Implementation sits within the Integrated Patient Engagement (IPE) Team which is part of Corporate Affairs. In this role you'll be the Business Process Owner for IPE and actively support the Global Head, IPE in delivering on the overarching IPE strategy as outlined in the Sanofi Corporate Affairs Plan.
