ICT Systems Officer (SCCM)

The client is seeking an experienced ICT Systems Officer with strong SCCM expertise to support and enhance their Workplace team. This role is primarily on-site, with remote work possible under certain conditions. You'll be working within a global IT environment, contributing to the reliability and evolution of system management processes., * Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

• Create system images and software installation packages
• Manage PC and server updates via SCCM
• Develop PowerShell scripts
• Update and create IT procedures
• Conduct technology watch and propose continuous improvements
• Maintain CMDB and provide tracking reports
• Handle Level 2 incident and change requests

• SCCM expert or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in an international organization

• Fluent in French with strong English skills (spoken and written)

• Proficient in:

• Office 2021, Microsoft 365

• Windows 10 & 11

• PC hardware and peripherals

• Active Directory & Azure AD

• Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

• Bonus skills: Intune, ITIL, Windows Server, Group Policy management, Atlassian suite, basic networking Soft Skills:
