Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to join their Service Desk & Workplace team. This full-time, on-site role involves providing hands-on IT support to users across an international organization, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement of IT services., * Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support, resolving incidents and service requests
- Handle first-contact resolutions via support tools or on-site interventions
- Log, track, and close tickets using ITSM tools
- Deploy PCs, manage system images, and install hardware/software
- Contribute to IT procedures, solutions, and project implementation
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT equipment and components
- Stay updated on technology trends and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in an international setting
- Fluent in French with strong English communication skills
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Windows 11
- PC hardware & peripherals
- IP telephony and mobile device support
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Exchange (On-Premise & Online)
- Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Bonus skills: PowerShell, Windows Server, SCCM, basic networking, ITIL
