  • Oversee budget quality and reforecasting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Represent the HoAI in communications with senior management (network performance, field insights).
  • Maintain relationships with professional federations (e.g., BZB-Fedafin) alongside your NFR/Lifecycle counterpart and the HoAI.
  • Unite your team around a positive, motivating, and high-performance dynamic.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in strategic and tactical planning, prioritization, and project management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (FR/NL/EN).
  • Solid financial acumen and understanding of banking dynamics (P&L, ROE, funding).
  • Data-savvy: good in Excel and Power Pivot, capable of end-to-end analysis and executive-level summary.
  • Strong skills in power point
  • Trusted relationship builder with both agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, natural leadership, and proactive approach.
