Job description
HR Information System Management:
- Oversee HR processes in Cornerstone (preparation, launch and follow up - Core data, Performance, Talent, Learning).
- Data Management Regular data checks and follow-ups with local HR.
- Provide reporting tools and training materials, conduct the training sessions.
- Support other departments in creating training materials.
- Test and follow up on system updates.
- Participate in projects impacting Cornerstone.
HR Department Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to the HR management cycle (e.g., talent management, performance management, Reward).
- Conduct general clerical duties (e.g., headcount reporting, Working Calendar, Organization charts, Employee Surveys, Maintenance of Teams folders, Intranet and RHR e-mail address).
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Support communication with BU heads, branch managers, local HR reps, and employees.
- Assist with policy management and approval processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The Regional HR / HRIS Analyst will support the Regional HR Department with various projects, processes, and administrative operations, focusing on the HR Information System (Cornerstone). This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a keen interest in HR and technical skills, offering a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and multicultural environment., * Education: graduated from a business school (master in management) or from the University with a master degree in business or human resources (organizational psychology, etc.)
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR, ideally in a multicultural environment.
- Skills: Fluent in English, excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, analytical, project management, and time management skills. Tech-savvy (ideally experience with Cornerstone or another HR Management system), proactive, and a team player., * Excellent oral and written communication.
- Analytical and project management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, good customer service skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
