Application Production Support

· Supervise the technical and functional components of the application Orchestrate and manage the various releases on its perimeter

· Create and enrich the application's document repository.

· Maintain operating procedures

· Analyze, measure and improve the performance of the technical and functional components of the application in order to improve the user experience

· Achieve technical integration of applications by leveraging existing products and services to reduce implementation time

· Manage requests for functional evolutions

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, · In-depth knowledge of IT operating tools as :

· CA Automation SCHEDULER

· MIDDLEWARE AXWAY TRANSFER CFT

· PRODUCTION TOOLS Service Now Knowledge of infrastructures and technical tools as

· LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM

· IT SHELL LANGUAGE

· MIDDLEWARE (ANSIBLE, MQ Series, NGINX, ...)

· API MANAGEMENT

· PRODUCTION TOOLS, DYNATRACE

· JAVA/springboot troubleshooting

· User support

Preferable:

• Knowledge of IT production resilience procedures: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), HA (High Availability) ...ITIL

Business experience:

Mandatory !!!

• Good business knowledge on its application scope.

• Knowledge of IT and Cyber security

• Management of production operations
