Subject Matter Expert Development

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, We are looking for an experienced coach who can support our development teams in creating accessible digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accessibility development, excellent coaching and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Accessibility Development Coach will be responsible for creating guidelines, providing training and coaching, and ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of accessibility.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent

Required experience / knowledge

At least 2 years of relevant experience in accessibility development, coaching, or a related field

Technical experience:

Mandatory

• Strong technical skills in accessibility development, including knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g. WCAG, Section 508)

Business experience:

Mandatory !!!

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training teams on accessibility and related topics

Preferable

• Experience with agile development methodologies

Soft skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
