Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Digital Transformation Change Lead who is strategic, empathetic, and resilient to join our Patient Supply, Transformational Programs & Infrastructure team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. About the roleYou will drive the people side of digital transformation, shaping and executing change strategies that accelerate adoption, build sponsorship, and ensure sustainable benefits across Patient Supply on a global scale. Who you will work withYou are going to collaborate closely with the Digital Transformation Team, executive sponsors, change champions, and diverse stakeholders across Patient Supply, fostering alignment and building a strong change network. What you will doYou will own and deliver a cohesive change management strategy and roadmap.You will be responsible for stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, and building change networks.You will manage adoption, readiness, and resistance, ensuring measurable benefits.You will create and execute clear, timely communications and training for all impacted roles.You will track impact, collect feedback, and iterate on communications and enablement.You will embed new ways of working and transition change practices into business-as-usual.Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree; certifications in digital transformation or change management are a plus.You bring 7-10+ years in Change Management, Org Development, or Transformation roles, with 2-4+ years leading digital change.You demonstrate success in achieving adoption and proficiency targets at scale.You are skilled in stakeholder management, executive presence, and cross-cultural competence (English & French required).You are proficient with modern SaaS/cloud apps, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools (e.g., M365, Power BI).You excel at storytelling, communication, and designing engaging, role-based learning experiences.
