Job description

You will play a key role in shaping the future of analytics at UCB. As a Digital Technology Analytics Technology Adoption Lead, you will define and promote best practices, explore innovative capabilities, and drive adoption of our analytics platforms globally. Your mission is to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards while acting as a thought leader within the Analytics Center of Excellence.

Who you'll work with

You will work in a dynamic team that partners with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology. Collaborating with technical experts, data professionals, and business leaders, you will influence strategic decisions and foster a culture of analytics excellence throughout the organization.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve the technology roadmap for analytics platforms
  • Promote best practices and governance standards across all domains
  • Explore and pilot innovative features, including AI-driven capabilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for analytics architecture and strategy
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to build analytics maturity

Requirements

Do you have experience in Product management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Business, Technology, or any related field

  • 5 to 8 years of experience delivering complex digital or analytics projects
  • Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Clear communicator with fluency in English; other languages are a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and emerging analytics technologies
