ERP Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you'll lead a team of about fifteen consultants, both functional and technical, guiding them in every aspect of project and people management. You take ownership of multiple Odoo projects from start to finish, ensuring each implementation runs smoothly and delivers real value for the client. You closely monitor scope, planning, budget, and overall project quality, keeping everything on track from day one., * You will lead a team of around 15 consultants. Both functional and technical Consultants & both in project and people management.

• You take ownership of multiple Odoo projects from A to Z.
• You monitor scope, planning, budget, and overall project quality.
• You are the main point of contact for the client and facilitate communication through tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Based on your experience, you identify and manage project risks and take timely actions where needed.
• You stimulate knowledge sharing and encourage collaboration, initiative, and growth within your team.
• With your entrepreneurial mindset, you recognize new opportunities and take the lead in realizing them.
• You set clear goals, conduct evaluation talks, and challenge your consultants to reach their full potential.

Do you have experience in Project management?, * You have experience managing ERP implementations as a Project Manager in a consultancy environment.

• You are familiar with project management methodologies and work in a structured, accurate, and proactive way.
• You are a strong communicator: you convey messages clearly and report accurately.
• You delegate effectively, set clear priorities, and remain calm and focused under pressure.
• You give your team space for creativity and initiative, while also providing direction and structure.
• You combine a strategic vision with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
