Business Analyst IAM & Data Protection

• Ensure consistent and secure role-based access across the organization.
• Translate business functions into structured role definitions.
• Support IAM governance through accurate role documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to define access needs.
• Maintain a centralized and up-to-date repository of business roles.
• Contribute to compliance and audit readiness through clear role records.
• Promote role standardization and optimization across departments.
• Educate departments on role-based access control principles., * Conduct interviews and workshops with department leads and key stakeholders to gather role-related information.
• Analyze business processes and job functions to identify access needs and responsibilities.
• Define and document business roles, including associated permissions and access requirements.
• Collaborate with IAM and IT teams to align role definitions with access control policies.
• Maintain a centralized repository of business roles and ensure it remains up-to-date.
• Identify opportunities for role optimization and standardization across departments.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing clear documentation of role definitions.
• Provide training and guidance to departments on role-based access concepts.

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, IAM, or role-based access control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with role mining or role engineering.
• Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
