IT Operations Coordinator

As IT Operations Coordinator, you will lead a local IT support team and ensure the smooth functioning of IT services across two sites near Brussels Airport. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and motivating a team of four IT support professionals
• Overseeing incident and service request handling via the ticketing system
• Ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI targets for service quality
• Coordinating with group-level IT teams for infrastructure, security, and advanced support
• Acting as the main contact for technical projects such as migrations, updates, and deployments
• Maintaining availability and performance of local IT infrastructure
• Managing major incidents and business continuity plans
• Ensuring security and compliance of local systems
• Occasional travel to other sites

• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a good level of Dutch
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing IT support teams and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, M365, virtualization (VMWare), and ticketing tools
• Good understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and workstation management
• Proven experience in technical project management
• Leadership skills, team spirit, and ability to manage urgent situations effectively
• Customer-oriented, rigorous, and autonomous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience
