IT Business Partner

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements to translate them into effective IT solutions
• Leading IT projects in coordination with operational departments and corporate IT teams
• Ensuring consistency of IT initiatives with global technical and strategic orientations
• Facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Monitoring IT solution performance and driving continuous improvement
• Contributing to digital transformation and innovation within the organization

• Fluent in French and English, with a good level of Dutch
• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project management or IT solution deployment
• Strong understanding of information systems, ERP, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Good knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, supply chain)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster collaboration
• Experience in an international or multi-site environment is an asset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
