• Register, classify, and manage incidents via the ticketing system.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating to development when needed.
• Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with teams in Brussels to maintain strong inter-team relationships.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience; strong problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of databases (MSSQL/Oracle) and ability to write complex queries.
• Understanding of REST APIs, network basics, and Windows OS administration.
• Familiarity with IIS, Microsoft Azure, source control, and basic C#/.NET.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with a positive, proactive attitude.
