Introduction
Ready to make an impact in a fast-growing international Tech environment? As part of the Sales Engineering team, you will represent the group in the region, joining a global network of experts passionate about technology, innovation, and customer success.
The purpose is simple yet ambitious: turning customer needs into smart, reliable, and high-value solutions. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, we design tailor-made MSP solutions that combine Connectivity Cybersecurity, IT & Cloud, and IoT - ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term impact.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technical and digital sales strategy for target accounts.
- Design and deliver proof of concepts that demonstrate both the technology and the business value of our solutions.
- Coordinate the customer's solution journey across internal teams - Engineering, Products, Pricing, and external vendors when required.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including architecture, design, and client presentations.
- Build bespoke solutions combining managed services, system integration, and technology reselling as needed.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of pre-sales or solution design experience
- Solid understanding of connectivity, networking/SD-WAN, IT/IIoT, and managed services.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, solution architecture, and customer presentations.
- Ability to grasp complex technical challenges and design comprehensive solutions.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory).
- Customer-focused and commercially minded, comfortable engaging at both technical and business levels.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset - you enjoy sharing insights and building bridges between teams.
