Your tasks:
Support of ERP rollouts, module expansions, and go-lives
Conducting training sessions and creating training materials
Maintenance of user roles, master data, and system settings
Support with ERP updates, tests, and quality assurance
Documentation of processes, workarounds, and best practices
Recording and coordination of change requests with departments and IT
Building and maintaining an internal ERP knowledge database
Contact person for users (1st & 2nd level support in ERP)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in ERP support and end-user training.
- Strong knowledge of IT tools and business processes., Degree in business administration, business informatics, IT management, or comparable education (commercial/technical with IT/ERP additional qualification)
Experience in ERP support (2nd level) and conducting end-user training
Knowledge in company areas such as purchasing, production, warehouse, or finance
Understanding of business processes (ordering, accounting, warehouse, production, etc.)
Solid knowledge in IT & tools (e.g., interfaces, MS Office, collaboration tools)
Experience in the introduction, support, or use of IT systems (e.g., Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is an advantage
Participation in ERP projects (rollout, migration, go-live) is an advantage
Pedagogical skills, high service orientation, and change management competence
Very good German and good English skills are required, French skills are a plus
Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland 30-40%
