Tasks

• Develop and manage Cisco Enterprise Network solutions.
• Support sales with technical expertise and solution presentations.
• Conduct troubleshooting and create project Statements of Work., * You develop, configure, install, and operate modern Cisco Enterprise Network solutions in the areas of R&S and WLAN
• You support our support organization with your solid know-how
• You support and advise the sales organization in the preparation of offers
• You develop and present technical solution concepts
• You carry out troubleshooting at our customers
• Creation of SoWs (Statement of Work) for projects
• On-call duty

• Completed IT vocational training with Cisco certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and initiative as a team player.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and learn new technologies., * You have a solid professional training in the field of computer science
• Cisco products excite you and you ideally already have a certification at the CCNA or CCNP level (WLAN or R&S)
• Knowledge of Cisco security products is also a plus
• You appreciate targeted training and further education
• You are a service-oriented team player with initiative
• You are used to working on several projects simultaneously
• You are interested in new technologies and motivated to familiarize yourself with new areas
• You understand Swiss German and have very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English; French skills are an advantage
• You are well organized, self-motivated, with the ability to realize projects at a high level with minimal supervision
• You can prioritize effectively and have optimal time management, even under pressure
• You have a category B driving license and are flexible for our deployment locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
