What to expect

In addition to creative freedom and diversity in customer and topic spectrum, the following tasks:

• Lead various customer projects independently from concept to concrete implementation and guide our customers to maximum success.
• Advise municipalities and cities on complex issues and develop outstanding solutions for their IT transformation.
• Effective communication and presentation to project stakeholders in various areas and levels.
• Expand our service offering, integrate market trends, and ensure market success with innovative impulses.
• Identify project opportunities with existing and new customers and thereby strengthen our customer relationships.
• Bring together the existing competencies in the team, further develop our project management, and act as a fixed link for the sustainable growth of HYPERTEGRITY.

• Minimum 4 years of consulting or project management experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English., * Several years of consulting and project management experience: At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or IT consulting.
• Proof of successful project management or leadership of IT projects.
• Broad expertise in the focus areas mentioned above.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a strong result orientation, initiative, willingness to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Convincing presence through outstanding communication and presentation skills at all company levels (German C2 and English B2).
• Excellent teamwork, social skills, strong listening and communication abilities, and the willingness to continuously develop yourself and others.

Nice-to-Have

• You have a certification as a data protection officer (TÜV) according to GDPR and BDSG.
• Certifications as SCRUM Master, PMB, Prince2, ITIL, or other project management certificates.
• You are familiar with the standards ISO9001 and ISO27001.
• Start-up experience would be desirable.
