Tasks

• Advise clients on Generative AI and multi-agent systems.
• Develop practical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead projects in roles like AI Engineer or Data Scientist., In our team of around 50 Data & AI consultants in Switzerland, you work closely with our clients on exciting projects to solve their challenges using quantitative methods. Knowledge exchange within the community as well as actively shaping our growing Data & AI services are a matter of course for you. Internationally, you benefit from a network of over 200 experts.
• Advising our clients on topics related to Generative AI, Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Creating suitable, practical solution proposals.
• Executing client projects in various roles - such as AI Engineer, Data Scientist or Project Manager.

• Master's in a quantitative field like Data Science or Engineering required.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI needed.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration essential., * You love solving complex problems and want to tackle our clients' challenges with the most suitable data & AI approaches.
• You are skilled in building generative AI, agent-based AI, and multi-agent systems and have practical experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex or Haystack.
• You have experience in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, vector databases as well as agent architectures and actively follow the latest technological developments.
• You are a communicative personality and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and diverse clients.
• You have practical consulting and project experience beyond research and work with a solution-oriented, pragmatic mentality.
• You bring industry expertise - for example in healthcare & life sciences, energy supply, manufacturing industry, or supply chain & logistics.
• You hold a master's degree (ETH/University) in a quantitative discipline such as data science, mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• You speak fluent English and ideally also German and/or French.

As a cherry on top, you bring

• Experience in the cloud environment - ideally complemented by certifications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• A natural flair for "hacking" as well as no fear of the command line and technical depths.
