You process offers and orders in German and French, conduct clarifications, and help ensure implementation, quality, deadlines, and costs are met. Your area of responsibility

• Processing offers and tenders
• Fully processing orders and order supplements
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Supporting colleagues in field sales
• Providing information and technical advice by phone and in writing

• Successfully completed basic technical training at EFZ level with professional experience in administration, or equivalent commercial training with pronounced experience in the technical field
• Knowledge of the construction or construction-related industry as well as experience in reading construction plans
• French or German as a native language with good knowledge of the other language at B2 level
• IT user skills (MS Office) and ideally SAP experience
• Team-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, communicative, resilient, and good self-organization
