Job description
As a Young Talent in Mechanical Engineering within the Hydrogen Development Department, you will assist in evaluating technical solutions, analyzing test results, and supporting validation activities for hydrogen combustion engines.
- You support the Mechanical Development Lead Engineer in the assessment of technical solutions proposed by suppliers.
- You support the Application Lead Engineer in managing and monitoring field test activities on the customer machine.
- You assist in the analysis of components after engine tests and contribute to investigating the influence of the hydrogen environment on the mechanical characteristics of materials (in coordination with the internal metallurgical laboratory).
- You support the analysis of engine test data and the preparation of summary reports.
- You support the processing and analysis of field test data and contribute to root cause analysis of issues occurring during machine field tests.
- You participate in technical core team meetings, report on activities, and propose continuous improvements.
- You collaborate with team members in defining validation plans for the engine, subsystems, and components.

Requirements
- You are completing or have recently completed a university degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- You have knowledge of data management tools.
- You have an advanced level of English, knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
- You enjoy teamwork while being able to work autonomously when needed.
- You think critically, enjoy problem-solving, and adapt easily to a multicultural environment.
