Job description

  • Analyze in-game economies and player behavior to optimize monetization strategies and maximize revenue
  • Take ownership of monetization features - develop and implement new ones, and continuously improve existing systems
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate monetization mechanics seamlessly into gameplay
  • Identify and track key KPIs related to in-game economies, recommending adjustments when needed
  • Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations with economic insights and proposed solutions
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in game monetization

Requirements

Do you have experience in Unity?, * 2+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong understanding of PvP game monetization and proven commercial experience in projects within this area
  • Hands-on gaming experience in PvP genres like CCG, Battlers, MOBA, etc. (Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, Magic: The Gathering, AFK Arena)
  • Solid knowledge of economics, game theory, and behavioral economics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Unity (configurations)
  • Experience using Git (commits, merge requests)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with data
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and tackle unconventional challenges
