As a CRM Consultant (f/m/x), you design digital experiences with clarity, strategy and technology. Your tasks
- You work strategically across processes, data, people, and technologies to strengthen sales, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience
- You manage the full presales cycle - from first contact to contract - by analyzing processes, leading workshops, and translating requirements into business workflows
- You deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept tailored to client needs
- You build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business goals, and identify opportunities for growth
- You guide clients from business concept to functional implementation using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
- You support your team with documentation, training, and internal enablement sessions
- You stay up to date with the latest CRM trends and AI developments to continuously sharpen your skills
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * You have at least 4 years of experience as a lead consultant or subject matter expert in CRM projects
- You bring in-depth knowledge of major CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- You are familiar with industry-specific cloud solutions or willing to gain expertise in areas like health & life sciences, retail or manufacturing
- You understand the role of AI in CRM and can evaluate its practical potential
- You have a solid foundation in customer data platforms and data unification strategies
- You develop holistic solution concepts, think across systems, and understand business impacts
- You are familiar with CRM integrations and how they affect existing system environments
- You use low-code tools to create prototypes, mockups, and demos quickly and effectively
- You enjoy working in agile, collaborative environments and bring a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- You communicate confidently in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
- You are open to traveling and working on-site with clients when required
