Job description
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network tools.
- Resolve end-user issues (hardware/software/network) and ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, and routers at the site.
- Log and update tickets, escalate issues when necessary.
- Replace faulty components (RAM, hard drives, peripherals, etc.).
- Work with remote IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain asset inventory and service logs for all onsite activities.
Requirements
- B2 or above German language level
- Valid Work rights in Germany or EU citizenship is mandatory
