Job description

  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and network tools.
  • Resolve end-user issues (hardware/software/network) and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Assist with LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, and routers at the site.
  • Log and update tickets, escalate issues when necessary.
  • Replace faulty components (RAM, hard drives, peripherals, etc.).
  • Work with remote IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Maintain asset inventory and service logs for all onsite activities.

Requirements

  • B2 or above German language level
  • Valid Work rights in Germany or EU citizenship is mandatory
