IT Support Engineer

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This is a full time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer based in Hilversum. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration. Day-to-day tasks include responding to help desk requests, performing system maintenance, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team., * Technical Support, Help Desk Support skills

• Information Technology, System Administration skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hilversum
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience with network installations and management
• Familiarity with Windows and Office deployment services
